Great location for public and private transportation. Highly recommend hiking or walking in the area. Quiet with classic decor and beautiful wall art. Friendly staff and neighbors. Amazing breakfast and customer service.

The room I stayed in at Fraoch House was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were plentiful and the hot breakfast was delicious. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this B&B to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and the Playhouse theatre. The room was lovely, with a view of the garden and all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, just like the owner of the hotel who personally attended to our needs.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, with direct bus routes to all attractions and a short walk to the center and the playhouse. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
